Cancellation Policy
At Support My Empire, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure a smooth scheduling process, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
Consultancy (Done For You)
Rescheduling
Clients Should provide at least 48hours’ notice to reschedule without incurring additional fees.
Cancellation
Refer to your contract terms and conditions.
Coaching (Done With You)
Rescheduling
Require at least 48 hours’ notice for rescheduling to avoid penalties.
Cancellations
More than 48 hours’ notice: Provide a full credit for future coaching sessions.
24 to 48 hours’ notice: Charge a 50% cancellation fee, with the remainder credited for future use.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows: The entire session fee is forfeited.
