Cancellation Policy

At Support My Empire, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. To ensure a smooth scheduling process, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Consultation Appointments:

• Reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Missed appointments or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the fee in full.

Service Agreement Cancellation:

• Refer to your service agreement contract for all cancellation terms.

Exceptions:

In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may consider waiving the cancellation policy at our discretion. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations.
