At Support My Empire, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule appointments. To ensure a smooth scheduling process and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Trademark and LLC Consultations:
To reschedule a meeting, a minimum of 4 hours’ notice must be provided.
To cancel the meeting in full, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.
Business Coaching:
To reschedule or cancel a coaching session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be provided.
Missed appointments or failure to provide timely notification will be deemed as forfeiture of the session fee.

Exceptions:
In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may consider waiving the cancellation policy at our discretion. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations.
