Cancellation Policy

At Support My Empire, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule appointments. To ensure a smooth scheduling process and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

 

Trademark and LLC Consultations:

  • To reschedule a meeting, a minimum of 4 hours’ notice must be provided.
  • To cancel the meeting in full, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
  • Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.

Business Coaching:

  • To reschedule or cancel a coaching session, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice must be provided.
  • Missed appointments or failure to provide timely notification will be deemed as forfeiture of the session fee.

How to Notify Us:

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact our customer support team at admin@supportmyempire.com. 

 

Exceptions:

In cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may consider waiving the cancellation policy at our discretion. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations.

 

Policy Updates: Support My Empire reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be reflected on this page.
