Digital Items:

Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital item has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.


LLC Registrations and Trademark Registrations:

LLC registrations and trademark registrations are non-refundable once the services have been initiated. If government filing fees have not been paid and the service has not yet commenced, a refund for the government filing fee may be issued upon request.


Consultations and Business Coaching:

Consultancy prices are non-refundable. For business coaching packages, refunds are available for sessions that have not been utilized. A processing fee of $50 will be charged for any refunded sessions.
